After riding the rollercoaster of his own construction projects, the wins, the headaches, and everything in between, Paul founded The ADU Dudes LLC in 2022 with a simple goal: make building an ADU in the Bay Area a whole lot easier. What started as personal projects quickly turned into a mission. Having gone through the process himself, Paul saw how confusing, expensive, and frustrating it could be for homeowners. So he built a company focused on doing things differently: clear guidance, honest pricing, and a team you can actually rely on. Today, Paul and The ADU Dudes help Bay Area families plan, coordinate, and bring ADU and home addition projects to life with trusted licensed contractors. Using the lessons learned from building his own units, Paul is passionate about helping others turn their ideas into real projects without the chaos that usually comes with construction. From concept to completion, the goal is simple: help homeowners build smarter, faster, and with confidence.

Meet Rodrigo, the hammer, nails, and know-how behind The ADU Dudes and San Andres Construction (License #1081083). With more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Rodrigo has built just about everything you can imagine, from home renovations and additions to hotel projects and ground up single family homes. Rodrigo is the guy who turns plans on paper into real buildings. Known for being honest, hardworking, and incredibly skilled in the field, he brings a calm, practical approach to every project and keeps things moving the right way on site. Over the past four years, Rodrigo has focused heavily on building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) across the Bay Area, becoming a trusted go to contractor for homeowners looking to add space, value, and flexibility to their properties. When Rodrigo is on the job, you know your project is in good hands.

B is the kind of engineer you want on speed dial. With deep experience in civil design, electrical systems, and construction management, B has worked on projects from early planning all the way through construction. Known for a practical, detail-oriented mindset, B has a knack for turning complex engineering into solutions that actually work in the real world. When it comes to ADUs, B is our go-to designer. Whether it’s helping shape a project from the start, coordinating design details, or answering those tricky engineering questions, B helps keep projects moving smoothly from idea to reality.

Meet Baljit, our resident engineering legend and true jack-of-all-trades! With 50 years of engineering and construction experience, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen—or solved. Whether he’s troubleshooting a challenge, sharing practical advice, or helping keep a project moving, Baljit brings a lifetime of knowledge, steady leadership, and a can-do attitude to The ADU Dudes team.

Deep is an experienced designer and structural engineer who works closely with The ADU Dudes to help turn project concepts into permit-ready plans. He supports our team with architectural design, structural engineering, calculations, and construction documentation, while helping develop practical solutions that are both buildable and code-compliant. Deep collaborates directly with our project and construction teams throughout the design and permitting process, helping ensure each project is designed with real-world construction in mind.
