Standard Finishes

**As of December 2025, our “Standard Finish” (or “Rental Grade”) ADU construction starts at just $299 per sq. ft.

Like everything in construction, pricing can vary based on several key factors. We believe in full transparency because it saves everyone time and eliminates surprises. Your final ADU cost may increase depending on:

• Overall square footage

• Building more than one ADU at the same time

• Land conditions (flat vs. slope, grading needs, foundation complexity, utility locations)

• Local permitting requirements (plan check fees, permit fees, school fees, utility fees, etc.)

• Number of bathrooms

• The finish level you choose

Our base price always includes our Standard Level of Finish, sometimes referred to as “rental grade,” which features quality entry-level fixtures and appliances. To ensure full transparency, below is a direct link to everything included in our Standard Finish package.
