This is done with a Fully Licensed California Engineer from Day 1.

Build

Estimated Timeline: Typically 100–120 Days (After Permit Issuance)

Once permits are issued, construction begins with precision and efficiency through our licensed contractor partner.

  • Insulation & drywall

  • Cabinetry, tile & flooring

Permits, Approvals & Full Coordination
